BioClinic Technologies offers the following Returns Policy:

We will replace any unused defective items in original packaging.  Items should be received within seven (7) days of the confirmed delivery, for a credit or replacement.  Please specify if you prefer a replacement or credit, the reason for your return and any special instructions.

Please call our Customer Service Department at 305.468.0040, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST,  for a "Return Merhcandise Authorization"  (RMA) Code so that we can reference the case upon receiving the returned items.   We will gladly help you and answer any questions or concerns you may have!!!
